This project included the replacement of the existing roofing with a new tile and thermoplastic roofing system. It also included the demolition of the existing stucco finish down to the parapet structure and installation of a new cement plaster system with flexible reinforced base coat & finish. Loose and peeling paint on the dome was removed, and a new reinforced roof coating system was applied.

The scope of work for this project includes modifications to interior walls, doors, ceilings, and finishes; compliance with current life safety codes; modification to building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Lighting), and relocation of fire sprinkler heads; mechanical system upgrade with architectural modifications to support this upgrade; roof replacement and exterior painting.

Phase 2 of this project included repaving, restriping and providing new lighting. New curbs, striping to maximize parking, delineated ADA accessibility pathways were also provided. The existing trees in the lot were preserved, and the solar parking ticket machine was replaced with an electric parking ticket machine.

The Network Room Renovation project consists of replacing the existing HVAC systems with new AC systems, adding rooftop AC units to serve "in-row" cooling and wall-mounted cooling, minor interior modifications, the addition of new UPS systems, upgrades to the fire suppression system, and other interior improvements to support college operations.
